Your Privacy Choices

Effective October 31, 2026

In short: people who live in California, and in a growing number of other states, are able to opt out of having their personal information sold or shared, with selling and sharing defined by their state’s law.

Email is the simplest way: write to manager@delcoparkelectric.com, say that you are opting out of sale and sharing, and give your name plus the email or telephone number you used before, so we can look you up in our records. You need no account, and there is no charge. If you would rather talk, call (937) 719-8299.

We will tell you once your request arrives and put it into effect within the legal time limit. To do that, we may ask a question or two to find your records, and nothing more.

Another person can make the request for you. An authorized agent may do so when they hold permission you have signed.

You can also opt out with a browser setting. Where required by law, a Global Privacy Control signal is handled as that browser’s request to opt out.

Opting out carries no penalty. You pay the same and are served the same as everyone else.
